1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "We", "Us", "Our": Baan Panya, operating at 23 Nimmanhemin Road, Soi 9, Suthep, Mueang Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai 50200, Thailand
• "Service": the financial education programs and related materials we offer
• "Participant" / "You": any individual who enrols in or enquires about a Service
• "Website": our website at https://baanpanya.blog
• "Agreement": these Terms and Conditions, together with any enrolment confirmation we provide
• "Program Fee": the fee payable for a specific Service as published on the Website

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Website, submitting an enquiry, or enrolling in a Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our Website or enrol in our programs.

You must be 18 years of age or older to enrol in any Service. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Service Description

Baan Panya provides financial education programs designed for adults aged 40 and above, delivered primarily in small-group seminar settings in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Our Services are educational in nature and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice.

Nothing delivered in our programs should be construed as a personal recommendation to take any particular financial action. Participants are encouraged to consult qualified professionals before making specific financial decisions.

4. Enrolment and Confirmation

Enrolment is considered confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us and the Program Fee has been received in full. We reserve the right to decline any enrolment at our discretion.

Program schedules, session dates, and venue details will be communicated in the enrolment confirmation. Schedules are subject to reasonable adjustment with prior notice.

5. Program Fees and Payment

Program Fees are quoted and payable in Thai Baht (฿). Current fees are:

• Everyday Finance Confidence Course: ฿5,600
• Property and Asset Awareness Program: ฿15,500
• Golden Years Income Architecture: ฿27,800

Fees are inclusive of all course materials, templates, and consultations as described in each program. No additional charges apply unless separately agreed in writing.

We accept bank transfer to our designated account. Payment details are provided in the enrolment confirmation. Full payment is required prior to the first session unless a payment schedule has been separately agreed in writing.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If you need to withdraw from a program, the following terms apply:

• 14 or more days before the first session: full refund of the Program Fee
• 7–13 days before the first session: 50% refund of the Program Fee
• Fewer than 7 days before the first session, or after the program has commenced: no refund, but you may transfer your enrolment to the next available cohort of the same program

If we cancel a program for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future cohort.

7. Participant Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Attend sessions at the agreed times and location
• Treat facilitators and other participants with respect
• Not record sessions (audio or video) without our written consent
• Use course materials only for your personal reference and not reproduce or distribute them
• Provide accurate information at enrolment

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, templates, frameworks, and content developed by Baan Panya remain our intellectual property. Enrolment grants you a limited, non-transferable licence to use materials for your own personal financial reference. You may not reproduce, distribute, publish, or resell any materials without our written permission.

9. Disclaimers

Our programs are educational and informational in nature. We make no representation that information provided will be applicable to any individual's specific circumstances. Financial regulations and policies in Thailand are subject to change, and we cannot warrant the ongoing accuracy of all information after the date of delivery.

Baan Panya is not a licensed financial advisor, investment firm, or legal practice. The information provided in our programs does not constitute professional financial, legal, or tax advice.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Thai law, Baan Panya's liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your participation in a Service shall not exceed the Program Fee you have paid for the relevant program.

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from decisions made on the basis of information received in our programs.

11. Confidentiality

Information shared by participants during individual consultations or planning workshops is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to other program participants or to any third party, except as required by law.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to remove a participant from a program, without refund, if their conduct materially disrupts sessions or is disrespectful to staff or other participants. In such cases, we will provide written notice of the decision.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Chiang Mai, Thailand. We encourage informal resolution of disputes in the first instance and will make reasonable efforts to resolve concerns directly.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on our Website. Continued use of our Website or enrolment in a Service after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
