Frequently Asked

Questions People Often Ask

Who are these programs intended for?
Our programs are shaped around adults aged 40 and above who are thinking more carefully about their financial lives — whether that means tidying up day-to-day habits, understanding property they own or are considering, or mapping out how income will work in the years ahead. No prior financial training is assumed or required.
Where do the sessions take place?
Sessions are held at our learning space on Nimmanhemin Road, Soi 9 in Chiang Mai's Suthep district — a calm, welcoming setting away from the busier parts of the city. On request, select sessions from the more advanced programs may be arranged online for participants based elsewhere in Thailand.
How large are the groups?
We keep our seminar groups intentionally small — between 6 and 12 participants — so that there is space for questions, reflection, and personal attention. The Golden Years Income Architecture program, which involves individual planning workshops, accommodates even fewer participants per cohort.
What does the program fee cover?
All fees include the full session series, printed or digital course materials, any templates or planning tools mentioned in the program description, and post-session access to our facilitators for follow-up questions. The Golden Years program additionally includes scenario analysis models and six months of quarterly advisory reviews.
When are the next intakes?
We run new intakes on a rolling basis throughout the year, typically with a few weeks between cohorts. If you reach out via the enquiry form or by phone, we can let you know current availability and upcoming schedule without any pressure to commit.
Is my personal financial information kept private?
Entirely. Any information you share during individual consultations or planning workshops is treated with full confidentiality and is not shared with other participants or third parties. We handle all personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
